These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Elite Removals.

1. Agreement
By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer.
Additional charges may apply if:
– Extra items are added
– Access conditions differ from those stated
– Waiting time or delays occur

3. Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once agreed by both parties.
All details provided must be accurate.

4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must:
– Provide accurate moving details
– Ensure access to both pickup and delivery locations
– Arrange suitable parking where required
– Ensure items are properly packed unless a packing service is booked

5. Moving Day Conditions
– Additional charges may apply for stairs, long carrying distances, or delays
– If delays are caused by the customer, waiting time charges may apply
– Elite Removals reserves the right to refuse unsafe or hazardous jobs

6. Payments
Payment terms will be agreed prior to the move.
Full payment is typically required upon completion unless agreed otherwise.

7. Cancellations
– Cancellations must be made in advance
– Late cancellations may result in a fee
– Rescheduling requests should be made with reasonable notice

8. Liability & Damage
We take care when handling your items; however:
– We are not responsible for pre-existing damage
– We are not liable for items packed by the customer
– Customers must inform us in advance of any high-value, fragile, or special-care items
– Liability is limited to the terms and limits of our insurance policy

9. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
We are not liable for delays caused by:
– Traffic
– Weather conditions
– Mechanical issues
– Access restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances

10. Conduct
Abusive or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to cancel services if staff safety is at risk.

11. Claims
Any claims for loss or damage must be reported within 24 hours of the move.

12. Website Use
All website content is owned by Elite Removals and must not be copied or reused without permission.

13. Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
